Context
Galaxy Edge is Galaxy's product and engineering incubation studio. Alongside forward-deployed engineering, it builds custody, staking, tokenization and DeFi solutions for tier-one banks and asset managers. SWEEP is the first tokenized product and platform to come out of that work.
What it is
An on-chain money market fund solution, built in partnership with State Street. It sits on the same on-chain capital markets platform work as Galaxy Vaults, which my globally distributed smart contract and back-end teams are building.
My role
I lead the engineering organization behind it: smart contract and back-end teams across multiple time zones, working with product and with the client.
